Each individual may open only one ak778 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure. The information required during registration includes:

• Active email address
• Current residential address

3 Account Management

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your ak778 username and password completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and responsible gaming environment, ak778 may initiate an identity verification process at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested during this process:

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing may take longer during verification or outside banking hours.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made from a verified account
• The requirement to withdraw via the same method used for deposit may apply
• Principal withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ak778 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each promotion applies once per person, household, device, or IP address
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering and cannot be withdrawn directly
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled
• Bets placed on certain games may not count toward bonus wagering
• ak778 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended

5.3 VIP Club Benefits

The ak778 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. The benefit amount increases as you move to higher tiers. Full details of VIP benefits are published separately and are considered part of these Terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once placed and cannot be cancelled before the relevant event begins, unless special permission is granted by the platform. ak778's decision is final in determining the outcome of any bet.

6.2 Game and Betting Limits

ak778 reserves the right to set maximum and minimum bet limits on any game or betting market. These limits may vary depending on the type of game, event, and market conditions.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game or bet is affected by server issues, network disconnection, or software errors, ak778 reserves the right to void that bet and return the wagered amount. No winnings claims will be honored in such circumstances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Manipulation or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit bonuses
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software
• Using fraudulent payment methods or money laundering
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

8 Privacy and Security
